Name of callers does not appear from Note 9

Greetings from the day I've updated galaxy note 9 to Android Pie each time I receive phone call the name dose not appear just "Phone" like in the attached photo

I've restarted my device & confirmed the permissions in setting.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for sharing that picture.

In this case I'd like to ask some questions:

• Is the number that is calling you saved on your phone?
• Did this only start with the Android 9 update?

In the meantime I'd recommend that you try checking the call app on your phone and check the settings to make sure that there isn't any setting that is encrypting the calls in any way.

• The Numbers are saved on phone.
• Yes, Problem started from the day it's updated to Android 9.
• Revised phone app setting no encryption is selected. 
• another point it's sometime when massage is sent it also appear as phone call.

Let's checking checking the notification and call settings on the phone itself to make sure that there aren't any setting about encrypting calls that could be causing this confusion.

In the meantime let's try to turn notifications off and then set them once again.

I've tried the following 

• Un-Pairing Versa and restarting the device and paired it again.
• Turning of notification  and on again.
• checked all fitbit setting & phone app setting . 

The points observed

name of contact appear in notification window of versa if it was miscall, massages appear with contact name, it's just phone calls contact name which is not appearing and if I did not press answer or reject on my versa it will stay forever until I choose an action  although phone call were ended by phone.
