Navigating to specialised menus

I can't seem to access my specialised menus on my new charge 2. I don't know if I'm missing something but just pressing the button to try and get into them doesn't work. It did work when I first got it but is not letting me do it now. The tap function still works

@jtw1072 I sometimes have the same thing happening on my Fitbit if the battery is extremely low. It works fine after recharging it. A restart of the tracker would also help.
