Just to clarify, are you getting the "phone not found" error when trying to sync your Fitbit to your mobile device or when using the GPS?

 

I recommend restarting the tracker along with other troubleshooting steps here to sync your Fitbit.

My phone and the tracker is not connected because the sever replies that my
phone is not found. I am looking for a solution to this problem.

@M-Al73 Gotcha. Have you tried restarting the tracker? Please also try other troubleshooting tips here. Hope it works. Smiley Wink
