I need a work around for music practice, I play the hammered dulcimer. It continuously logs steps as I play. I really don't want to take it off, I play some then go off to do something ...I thought there might be a way for it to not recognize that movement.

Hi @SunsetRunner there isn't a way for your device to recognize your playing music, but you can delete those steps. Click to learn how to remove them. Seems we have a lot of musicians here with drums, guitars and now, the dulcimer!

I think it's OK to count the "steps" in music. OK... maybe hammered dulcimer can be reduced to 5:1 ratio. I also play HD.
