I just bought a Charge 2 dowloaded the app to my Samsung Galaxy 5, synced it to the fitbit but on my screen of the fitbit it only shows the web address to set it up. What am I doing wrong? How do I get it display what I chose it to display?????

Could not seem to get Fitit Charge 2 to sync with Android phone or Windows 8.1 on computer. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

fitbit sent me a Dongle (no wires) to stick in my USB. What do I do with the Dongle? And what do I do after that?
