Nest "Loading Camera Preview" on Fitbit Versa

A few days ago, my Versa shows the notification "Loading Camera Preview..." whenever there is motion on one of my Nest Cams. For the past several months, it would usually just say "Motion on X camera" but now it won't give me details, just that it is loading a preview. Needless to say, no preview ever comes. Any thoughts on how to get this back to the more useful way that it used to display?

Sorry to hear that your Versa is only showing one notifications from your Nest Camera app. It will depend on the third party app's notification as the Versa will only show the notifications it received. Still you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also refresh the connection between your Versa and your phone by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

My phone is getting the same loading camera preview notification. I think it is the nest app and not a Fitbit thing. I can't find anything about it. I do have a charge 3 so it's possible the Fitbit had something to do with it. .. But I think it's a Nest issue.

This started happening for me too, but only after I upgraded to Android PIE.  Not sure what has happened.

Same thing is happening to me.  It happened on my ionic and now on my new versa.  I think it might be a nest app issue though because now I occasionally see that on my phone as well.  For me it does display the notification with all the info but immediately displays a second message with "loading camera preview".
