My old Blu phone worked with my charge Fitbit.  I bought a new phone and new Alta hr.   It isn't compatible , is there anything I can do with out buying a new phone?

Hello @Yzmen3, this is the first time you visit the Fitbit Community, so let me give you a warm welcome!

I see you have got for yourself a Blu Phone. Indeed, this devices are not listed as compatible, so we cannot guarantee it will work or will support all the features of your tracker. So in this situations is hard to tell, as you have seen yourself the behavior before with your old phone that was working with your previous tracker.

Nonetheless I'm wondering what is the issue you are experiencing, in my case I'm using a non compatible phone and is able to sync with my tracker; so it wouldn't hurt to try some troubleshooting steps in your scenario.

If you are experiencing syncing problems then the following post will give you all what you need to know: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this). But I'm wondering if this goes beyond of syncing since I'm not able to see a tracker paired on your Community profile.

Well, If my previous suggestion does not work, I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer. Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!

See you until the next time. Take care!
