As of October the 4th for Android  and for iOS it was October 2nd there was a new release of FIRMWARE released to update the Fitbit app, the easiest way to do this is to go to your app store and manually update your Fitbit app and then sync your Fitbit afterwards. Please read this article.

Hello @rox81282.

Thanks for taking the time to share this with everyone!

I'm sure that other users will definitely find it helpful. Please note that any and all updates on the Charge 3 will be posted on that particular board and not on the Android board.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

@ASM64

Can you please let me know why you say "ALL"? My son's C3 is working perfectly (he is used to always complain if there is a little issue and I was never told anything).

If you can be more specific about the issue I can ask him directly. Thanks

Other posts related to this topic said that even Fitbit support was saying the firmware update would affect brand new ones. There were then other post saying they just got theirs out the book and worked for for just a couple minutes last week
