I am at a breaking point with Fitbit!! New Charge 3. Just received it yesterday and today it will not sync and keep getting Bluetooth issues when my Bluetooth is connect/on. I had problems before with my one. I will get the standard suggestions. I thought the charge would be better guess not. I am so tired of the same problems over and over again. I am so done!

@princessalexiaThanks for confirming that and is that on Android App V2.80.1. ?
I have no issues syncing via the Fitbit Connect Dongle, only issues with this release of the App.

@princessalexiaOn your phone you tap the Google Store App, then tap the drop down menus, tap My Apps & Games and it should show you a list of updates, then tap on the Fitbit App when it appears.
If you want to know what version you have before that, tap on the Android Settings, Tap Apps & Notifications, Tap App info, swipe to find Fitbit, Tap and then swipe up to the bottom.... Te version number is there..
Best Answer@princessalexia if you go the Android play store and update your Fitbit app your Charge 3 should sync to your phone and your software update should look like this.
@princessalexia I've already helped one person who's phone wasn't syncing it was the software that wasn't updated so I would try that first. You may need to go to your play store in your Android phone and manually update your Fitbit app.

Best AnswerI'm having the same problem. Everything has worked great for a month. Now it won't sync to anything. The app on my computer tells me to check if the tracker is already connected to another device and disconnect them. I've tried uninstalling the app on my phone, tablet and computer, restarting, everything. The tracker won't sync. Now my phone is telling Bluetooth is off when it is on.
