Fitbit Update: 9/10
Thanks, everyone for your feedback on the Android dashboard. We're always aiming to improve our user experience and have relayed this information to our team.
There are no plans to revert to the old dashboard. We understand that the app update may not be up to your standards, but we do hope you continue to interact and explore the features.
Since all feedback has been passed on, we will be closing the thread. If you are experiencing any issues or have bugs to report, please start another thread. We appreciate your cooperation.

We have now transitioned everyone onto the new Fitbit app experience. With this new design, we've created a space that is more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized.
We hope you enjoy using this new dashboard and interface for all your Fitbit needs. For any issues using the new interface, for example bugs you come across, we'd like for you to leave comments in this thread.

I agree. Mine will not show who my caller ID is and will not keep time. I have it on All Day sync but yet to get it to sync I have to manually sync it. My app notifications like Twitter,etc don't even show.

Previous post mentioned this. Did that. Didn't solve issue of having to scroll to see all info instead of old app where it's all on one screen.

At this point my Fitbit has not synced with the app since August 15th. I got the new dashboard and it's useless to me all the tells me is it can't find my device and yes I've tried every troubleshooting technique.

I have had new version of the app since Tuesday (forced on me I had no choice to not update it) , it is rubbish it does not sync properly constantly searching for my fitbit but has found it because the steps update but not my exercise or sleep. Please revert back to the old app until all the bugs are fixed. My partner also has the same issues so it is not just an isolated case The latest app is terrible and making me consider buying an alternative fitness tracker as so many people are having problems!

Same here. No choice but to update. Now everything is blank. It can't find my tracker. This sucks.

Starting to advice people to not buy fitbit now since you want to SPY on your users to sync your app. Also not giving service to products that gets broken due to your bad quality. Should your watches start to crumble after six months ? The last straw was the new dashbord for me. Its laggy buggy and way way less gratifying to complete your goals in. It just looks Dull and less intuitive to use. Just the simple green on your goals when its done made it feel good. Also your standing in stores that sells your products have gone from very good to bad in the last few months. Anyway thats what a store manager said to me.Seems to me your becoming more like what they are accusing Huawei doing, and adopting apples awful customer service 🤮

The new interface sucks. It won't sync at all. And what makes anyone at Fitbit think this is supposed to be easier to use? Then there's the whole 'update' that's available. It has taken down my phone twice. I don't even want to try updating it a third time. Thanks for nothing.

The sync issue is related to the app, not the UI of which I find refreshing and intuitive.

It works okay, but I don’t like the extra push of Discover. There are now three places in this app for me to discover new ways to interact with Fitbit, two of which are almost continually on screen. I would like to see the one at the bottom of the today screen go away because it makes quick entry on the Today screen harder.

I enjoyed the last dashboard design, it was more manageable, more accessible, and easier to navigate. This dashboard seems to be strangled and less about what the customer wants or needs. I like to see my steps when I first open my dashboard, the calories burned are not what I'm worried about and have interest in it being the first thing that I see. I would rather have the option to move or reset the option, information, around on the dashboard myself. I also am having issues with my dashboard "finding" my fitbit. I believe there are more "bugs" in this update than there should be. Please look into these options.

My Flex will no longer sync to the app. I have to manually reset in order for the app to find my device. Very frustrating.

Love the look of the new app, but it will not sync no matter what I try to trouble shoot. I haven't been able to get my steps or sleep to log for almost a month.

The app update looks good, I don't mind any of the changes. However, like most that are posting, since the update my Fitbit one will not sync. I have taken all steps that have been suggested to no avail. My Bluetooth even keeps saying that the Fitbit is rejecting connection. It looks like I am not alone but our concerns don't seem to be taken seriously as we seem to all just be told to keep trying. Ain't nobody got time for that!
I really like my Fitbit One. I know it's old but I prefer to wear a tracking device on my hip instead of my wrist. They don't make my version anymore and the other hip wearing option is not nearly as useful. I think it may be time to move on to a new tracking option and retire my Fitbit One.

Since the update my Fitbit will not sync with my phone it worked just fine for the last 2 months and now all of a sudden in the last two weeks it's only seat twice and that is after removing programs resetting Fitbit and getting lucky that it was syncing. now it refuses pairing with my Bluetooth device on my phone and it has been almost a week since it has sent to the app on my phone so I'm losing steps how can I fix this problem cuz it's annoying me. I have a Samsung J7s and it was working just fine I do not own an Apple phone I have an iPad but I can't get the program to load onto that

I am having trouble syncing, and the app isn't saving historical data, so I can't see anything but what I've done today.

Is anyone from Fitbit even monitoring this thread anymore? Your lack of concern for the bugs in this new update disturbs me.
