Fitbit Update: 9/10
Thanks, everyone for your feedback on the Android dashboard. We're always aiming to improve our user experience and have relayed this information to our team.
There are no plans to revert to the old dashboard. We understand that the app update may not be up to your standards, but we do hope you continue to interact and explore the features.
Since all feedback has been passed on, we will be closing the thread. If you are experiencing any issues or have bugs to report, please start another thread. We appreciate your cooperation.

We have now transitioned everyone onto the new Fitbit app experience. With this new design, we've created a space that is more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized.
We hope you enjoy using this new dashboard and interface for all your Fitbit needs. For any issues using the new interface, for example bugs you come across, we'd like for you to leave comments in this thread.

I have had my new Versa since Mothers day. I haven't been able to get it dinked since Tues and then only got a few minutes. Am I ticked off.👎

This drives me crazy to.
The moment you have reached a goal that tile starts flickering and will not stop anymore till midnight.
You cannot stop it, unless you set your goals higher...
Turning blue tooth and synchronising off helps too, but that is not what you want.

Why oh why do Fitbit have to change things? We liked the way it looked before!! Everything on my Alta HR was working perfectly since I bought it in March 2019..... now with the update (which by the way looks dated and is awful to read - who approved this?), I can no longer get sleep or heart information. I've tried to restart the device and also uninstall the app - spent 3 hours "messing" around trying to find solutions to the problems with no positive result. Fed up!!

My app keeps jumping around; it keeps outlining and filling in the goal circles every few seconds, and fills in 1 or 2 circles at a time - it looks very glitchy. My app is constantly "looking for device" or saying "device not found" (I have a 2 month old Versa and a new Pixel 3). When it is syncing steps, it will count every 8-10 steps at a time.
This looks like a mess, it looks like my app is on the fritz. I have tried the usual, force quit, uninstall, restart phone, etc....

@Vicky2410That's exactly what mine is doing - filling in one or two circles at a time and just flickering. UGH. It looks glitchy!

How do you get the app to stop asking to sync. My phone tells me to sync. Discover and profile constantly. This is getting really annoying! And you can't just swipe to ignore. Can you make that a setting?

I find this really annoying too. After a sync, the numbers and gauges go up, then down, then up again, and it continues for a while. Eventually it stops but it shouldn't happen at all.

With new app my phone constantly says "connected GPS is running" and my battery dies. I have to try to sync multiple times with the app.
New to fitbit and things seemed to work fine before this latest app update.

Hello,
Starting this morning, whenever I press the community button in the android app the app closes down. I've tried this several times. It was working fine 12 h ago. I guess it's due to an update as I've had to re-loging into the app this morning.

I can't add, rearrange or remove anything from my dashboard. I've read through posts and everyone says there is an edit button. I do not have an edit button in the top right corner of any of my screens?

I've worked it out! Edit only appears if you're viewing the current day.
Next question:
On the old app, I never had my weight on the dashboard but there was a plus symbol at the side of the screen that I could press, and then it would ask if I wanted to log food, water, exercise or weight, and so I was able to easily record my weight, without having it on the dashboard. How do I do this on the new app? I want to continue to record my weight but I don't want it on the dashboard.
