Fitbit Update: 9/10
Thanks, everyone for your feedback on the Android dashboard. We're always aiming to improve our user experience and have relayed this information to our team.
There are no plans to revert to the old dashboard. We understand that the app update may not be up to your standards, but we do hope you continue to interact and explore the features.
Since all feedback has been passed on, we will be closing the thread. If you are experiencing any issues or have bugs to report, please start another thread. We appreciate your cooperation.

We have now transitioned everyone onto the new Fitbit app experience. With this new design, we've created a space that is more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized.
We hope you enjoy using this new dashboard and interface for all your Fitbit needs. For any issues using the new interface, for example bugs you come across, we'd like for you to leave comments in this thread.
Please only report bugs or issues with using the app.

It's been two or four weeks, seems like forever. Something is wrong with the update. It doesn't sync, or sends me messages to sync when I have the settings for all day sync. I don't like the large bar layout of the dashboard and want the squares back with less of the top half screen. Whatever changed wasn't for the better.

I can’t find the challenges in the new app. Where are they? I have one started from last week, but can’t start a new one.

I find the lack of response regarding the issues detailed in this thread very ignorant.
I feel as loyal fit bit users the least we deserve is some acknowledgment and better still solutions as to how we can overcome the many issues with the update....
Am guessing this thread will closed just like the previous one in the hope the problem just goes away....
Nearly at the point of throwing device away...lets face it that's all.its good for at the minute and moving on to something else....

Can you tell me what you did to get to a previous version please.. I have a Flex and i'm lost without it..could you please do a step by step as to how you resolved it, presumably it HAS sorted out the syncing/finding the tracker? thank you in anticipation.

With this new version, my Zip doesn't sync with my HTC 10. I have to remove the battery in the Zip (which is resetting the Zip) then do a Sync to sync up the data. I have to do this every time I try to sync. This is NOT the way to go

Delete/uninstall your current Fitbit app.
Google search "old version of Fitbit app" and look for the site called "up to down". Save the file for version 2.7 (I scanned the download for viruses, it was clean) and open to install the old version of the app.
Make sure automatic app updates for your phone are turned OFF (if you're not sure how, google this), and do not install any further updates for the Fitbit app.

same thing happened to me. It just stopped working. Now my watch is invisible. The app cant see it! Very frustrated.

My daily stats are at the bottom of the screen instead of the top like on my husband's phone with the new dashboard.

I've had the same issue. I've done all the troubleshooting suggestions, none have worked. They apologized and told me they can't fix it. Frustrating.

I encourage Twitter users to start tweeting @Fitbit and @Fitbitsupport demanding that they respond to this thread that THEY STARTED and are now ignoring.
