New Phone - No text notifications on Charge 2.

I got a new android phone and am struggling to get my text/call notifications to come through on my Charge 2 fitbit.    When I try and turn notifications on with the App it states "could not load notifications".    My fitbit notifications are turned on.    Suggestions?

Hi, @SharonRae18! Have you tried going into the phone's settings and checking the permissions for the app? It may be that they are turned off there. That's the default for android.
