Have had fit bit zip for about a month. got a new phone and it won't hook to my fit bit. Bluetooth can't even find it.

A warm welcome to the Community @Galaxys7. If your tracker is not syncing with your phone, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your Fitbit should sync without an inconvenience.
