Not receiving notifications on my samsung 7 Edge from my Fitbit Charge 2

Hello

I just received my Charge 2 and I am not receiving notifications on it once it is sync to my Samsung 7 Edge.  I do receive calls but no texts etc.  Has anyone else had this issue and can let me know what to do.  I have done everything Fitbit says to do to restarting my phone, unistalling the Fitbit App to reinstalling it etc.

Welcome to the Community @Metsfan74. Remember that Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge is not a compatible mobile device and that might be the reason why you are having problems receiving notifications. But you can always try the instructions provided by @MarreFitbit in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post.
