New Update - where do I set alarms

My Android app just updated and I can't seem to find where I can change/set alarms.  Please help.

On the main "today" tab of the dashboard, select your profile image at the top left of the screen, then select your fitbit. You will then be on the device settings where you'll find the alarms

For most fitbits you can set alarms via the app using the instructions above. Other fitbits you set the alarms on the device. What fitbit do you have?

Found that I have to go to my computer Dashboard. Can't find any alarms settings on my mobile Android app. Not so convenient.

That's strange - for the charge 3 you ought to be able to manage your alarms via the app as described in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1868/
