New charge 2 stopped syncing with phone

Got a new Fitbit for Xmas. Linked to Android phone fine to start. But the Fitbit never showed the correct time "phone does". And now it will not sync at all with my phone.

@JEllis84, if the tracker does not show the correct time, as on the phone, it was never synced with the phone.  I would attempt to set it up again with your phone app. When you go to the app Account page, and select Add a Device, tell it to replace the current one if it finds it there and set it up as a new tracker.
