New charge hr time is one hr ahead

I have just been given a new charge hr and have set it up paired with my samsung phone. The time is showing 1 hr ahead and i dont know how to change it. 

I had the same issue when my old one paired with my samsung tablet.

The time on my phone is correct by the way.

How can i sort this

I live in Queensland and we aren't on daylight saving so even though I went into setting on my app to change the time zone it has no option to save changes so reverts back to Sydney time.? So my HR is reading one hour earlier too.
