I have a fitbit flex (not flex2) and my app is on a samsung galaxy s3. A friend showed me the challenges and I tried to do one. I got a message that says app needs to be updated. When I go to the update button it takes me to app store I don't see anything that says update. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and it does the same thing.Is it my phone or is it the flex?

@angel00700 Welcome to the Fitbit family! I moved your post to the Android App Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry.
That is strange, usually when you tap the Fitbit App at the Google Play Store on your device; it says something like "Update". I recommend following these steps to update the Fitbit app correctly.
If that doesn't work, you can try deleting the Fitbit app and downloading it once again.
The Fitbit app for Android's latest version for the moment is 2.58, released on September 25, 2017.
