New flex tracker not working

After talking for an hour with customer service, old fitbit flex was accumulating steps, just not able to sync to phone, I was issued a new fitbit flex. Arrived in the mail today and I charged it. Tried to go into devices to replace tracker, can't pair it. I've moved old one away, looked at Bluetooth settings and have noticed that my phone recognizes 2 fitbits....I'm at a loss! Don't know what to do anymore. I've reset it, not working either. HELP! my phone is a Samsung Galaxy S5 neo. Thank you!

Unfortunately I don't see your phone on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

 

Do you have a computer that you could use to set up your fitbit? This would test whether there is a problem with the fitbit or it's just your phone that's the problem.

Was working perfectly fine until 1 week ago, then stopped syncing. I've had my fitbit for about a month.

Hello, @Soo80! It is nice to see you here. Even though your phone is not on the list of compatible devices, it might sync sometimes and some others not, since its compability is not official. I recommend you to sync with another mobile device or with a computer in the mean time, and you can also post on our Feature Request board for it to be compatible in the near future!
