New phone/ pairing problems

I had my Galaxy S5 replaced a week ago and my fitbit was paired with that phone.
Now my Charge Hr wont show on my bluetooth and I cant unpair it from my old phone as I do not have it.
Is there a way to get around this as it does not record information properly anymore

It's possible to factory reset the tracker, this resets the tracker as it came out of factory.

 

Feel free to Factory Reset (URL) your 'buddy'.


Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker) since the previous sync. If possible, make sure the tracker recently sync'ed to your account.
