New phone won't bluetooth connect to Fitbit Alta.

I got a new phone tonight. I redownloaded the app and signed in. The thing is, my bluetooth doesn't find my Fitbit. Is there any specific way I have to reconnect my Fitbit?

Mine has been the same all day won't connect with Bluetooth keeps saying there's an error

Hi there @samanthahobbs_ and @Germccabe. Let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm wondering if your new phones are listed as compatible? If this is the case, note that with no compatible devices it may present some difficulties at the moment to sync.
