New phone wont find tracker

Just got a samsung galaxy s9 and it just will not find my tracker or sync 😞

Hello @Mazzymojo.

 

Congratulations on your new phone! Let me help you figure out what could be happening. 

 

It is possible that your Fitbit has bonded with your previous phone. In that case I'd recommend that you go into your old phone's Bluetooth settings and look for your Fitbit in there. Remove it from the paired devices list and then run the set up on your S9 as if you had a brand new Fitbit. That should do the trick and get it to sync with your new phone.
