New to Fitbit Alta HR

I have a new Fitbit Alta HR. I have managed to sync to my phone.

When i get a txt message it flashes on my fitbit who the txt is from, however when i receive a call from someone in my contacts the fitbit vibrates but says the caller is "unknown" 

i have been on the notification settings and i have the calls and contacts enabled.Bluetooth is on. My phone is in close proximity to the fitbit. 

Anyone know why its not picking up my contacts name or what i can do?

I'd like to ask you some questions in order to determine why are the names not showing up:

• What is the mobile device that you are using to set the notifications?
• Is this happening with every contact on your phone?
