Hello, 

I should have another floor badge earned,but it's only showing 10 floors on the dashboard and in the app both.

Why is this?

@Bonnie16 Hi there. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

Let's try the following: 

- Log out from the Fitbit app 
- Clear the app cache 
- Restart your phone 
- Log back in 

For the online Dashboard, try clearing the cache and log back into your account.
