I've installed, activated and updated everything...but there is not fitbit app for ecg/ekg on my new pixel watch4. Found different statements in the internet...from "you have to wait 4 weeks until ecg can be used" or that this is a known bug from fitbit without a solution. Can someone bring some light into this? Thanks al lot!

I had to open the play store (on the watch, not on my phone) and install the fitbit ecg app that way.

Oh lord...that solved it... very confusing that the smartphone playstore suggest everything is installed and up-to-date....but indeed the app was missing and a lot of updates for other apps on the watch too. Additionally you have to search for "ECG". Searching for "Fitbit" might not find the right app "ECG by fitbit". Thanks a lot!
