No Groups visible

Dear all

I am using Fitbit Charge 5 and Fitbit App on Samsung smartphone. i.e. Android. Got a new smartphone and installed everything new quite recently

In the past i was member of a walking group (in the pre-Google times). No i do not see any groups anymore.

I have a feeling it is linked to the move to google.

First question

How can i find out, whether my account was properly switched to Google?

Second question

In case it was properly switched, why am i not able to see and select any groups?

FitBit (Google) removed public groups back in March of 2024. You can only have private groups now. So there is no longer a search as you can't join anything. Its one of the features that people liked that got removed.

That is a pity. I had liked it and wanted to restart it again.
