Hello,
Every time i try to open the gallery to look for clocks of to add apps. I get the notification that it is not connected to the internet. Even tho it is connected. The app is up to date and i already tried to force stop the app.
Can i get some help? 🙂

@Ellinadierickx - that option requires a special connection. Check out issues relating to it, see no internet connection.

@Guy_ Thanks for your help.
@Torren Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you access the Fitbit gallery and resolve the "No Internet Connection" error message.
Thanks for the explanation. This usually occurs when one has either a VPN, an AdBlocker or the Private DNS set up. Make sure to take a look at this thread: "Oops looks like there's no internet connection" when accessing Fitbit Gallery - click here.
Have a nice day!
This worked thank you
