Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Ellinadierickx.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

If you haven't done so, please do the following:

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your phone

- Log back into the Fitbit app

If this doesn't help, please set up your Fitbit Versa 3 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1650249773286.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hope this helps.

@Ellinadierickx  - that option requires a special connection. Check out issues relating to it, see no internet connection.

@Guy_ Thanks for your help.

@Torren Welcome to the forums. I will gladly help you access the Fitbit gallery and resolve the "No Internet Connection" error message.

Thanks for the explanation. This usually occurs when one has either a VPN, an AdBlocker or the Private DNS set up. Make sure to take a look at this thread: "Oops looks like there's no internet connection" when accessing Fitbit Gallery - click here

Have a nice day!

Muchas gracias por tu respuesta. El problema era el dns privado automático. Lo he desactivado y se ha solucionado el problema al momento.
