No SPO2 or skin temp on Charge 5

I have a brand new Charge 5. It will not track spo2 or skin temp while I sleep, even though it does track and recognize the sleep event. Very frustrating.

I bought this thing for sleep tracking, but find it almost useless without these features.  Debating returning  the device as defective and going back to fitness tracking on my phone. The fit bit has features that don't work and I'm still messing around in a phone app every day.

Hi, @Chunk1367 , it takes a few days for the full sleep health metrics to show up because the Fitbit program needs to calculate your base level.  I would recommend continuing to wear your Fitbit overnight and these stats should be available to you soon (as long as your Fitbit is consistently picking up your heart rate etc.

Be sure to wear your Fitbit snugly, but not tightly, overnight.  You also may want to wear it a little higher on your wrist for best detection of your stats.
