No Stress Management score on Sense 2

ANSWERED

All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone. I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

This is happening to me as well. 

No score for the past few days. Like everyone I've restarted the watch and the phone.

No stress score since 2/26 on Charge 5 also. I read some of the comments in this thread that user support is lacking. I experienced same with a prior issue months ago with no resolution from Google Support. Their help is non existent. They simply instruct you to,perform numerous steps over and over even though it doesn’t resolve the issue. Maybe it’s time to change to a different brand of tracker? Garmin perhaps? Has anyone had a positive experience with a different brand?

Hi, same thing with my charge 6. Been gone since before last weekend. I've been using a watch for 3 years now about only take it off to charge it and shower.

New Inspire 3 has been greet until about 5 days ago. Stress Mgt score not showing. I thought it might be changed due to needing a “Premium Membership.” Hopefully not.

I have the Premium subscription and still no stress score.
It’s not working on any of the devices.

Same issue, no stress score on charge 6 for a few days.

Since February 27 a multitude of Charge 6 users (including me) have reported that their Stress Management Scores have not been appearing. This happens even though the users follow the guidelines to get a stress score (sleep, wear for 14 hours, 500 steps etc) and also when they try to reset the app.

I contacted Fitbit support on x and they’ve told me I have to migrate to Google before they can verify my account!!!! 
I don’t see how that will assist them in admitting there’s a problem on the app 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

I’ve got same 

brand new sense 2 bought for stews and sleep score no stress score get sleep but quite disappointed this has happened not good enough
