All of the other tiles continue to show data in the app. The app is updated. I cleared the app's cache. I've restarted the watch. I've restarted my phone. I've been wearing the device continuously for years now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

It could be that your missing score yesterday was due to final tweaks of the fix.
After several days of not getting a score, I got the score on Wednesday (05 Mar) but not on Thursday. My score was back on Friday and so far, I've continued to get my score.
If you continue to see days where you're not getting a score, please let us know.

I have faced the issue of non functioning Stress management scores a couple of times. In hindsight it appears that the score is only calculated if at least 2 mindfulness sessions are available in the running 10 day period prior to the day for which the score needs to be calculated. So if you already have a mindfulness session in the past 9 days and do one 3 minute scan today you will get the score back tomorrow. If you haven't scanned in the past 9 days you need to scan today and tomorrow to get a score day after tomorrow.

Just to let you know, I don't use the Fitbit app to do my mindfulness sessions and still get a Stress Management score.
It seems to me that with this most recent incident of users not getting their score, there might have been an issue with the algorithm or syncing data to the algorithm. The team was able to fix it from their side without having to do an app update.

The No Score problem has NOT been fixed for my Fitbit Charge 6. I receive a score intermittently. As an example, 3 scores this week, proceeded by 1 score the prior week, then 2 scores, then 2 scores, then 7 scores, then 5 scores, etc. I wear my Fitbit 24 hours per day except during about 35 minutes of charging in the morning. The other data used to calculate the score is present, although I rarely use the EDA scan or record my moods. However, sometimes I do get a score without having an EDA scan or moods recorded. Will appreciate any ideas others might have to offer.

It seems that you might be experiencing a different issue than the users in this thread. We lost our Stress Management score for only a few days during the period from 26 Feb to 06 Mar 2025. We started getting our scores on 07 Mar after the Moderator announced on 06 Mar that the issue had been fixed.
Can you please tell us the date when you first started missing the Stress Management score?
What phone do you use and what version of Android OS is on your phone?

My Phone is a Pixel 7 Android Version 15.
My Charge 6 was activated 10 Sep 2024. Stress Management has been intermittent since day 1 of the Charge 6.
Previously I had a Charge 5 and the No Score problem existed then too.
After the "fix" I had a scores on Mar 7, 9,11 and 15.

HI @FitCharlotte - as @RiekoC says it would seem you have a different issue to the outage problem, it could simply be you don't meet the criteria to produce a score, for instance if there are tattoos or the watch is not able to record sufficient information.
I would suggest making a separate post in the Charge 6 forum for your case.
Likewise @Jjames1023 - this is pertinent to your device so make a separate post in your device forum.
Also for any others still having a Stress management score problem make separate posts in the forums of your device to avoid confusion of different issues related only to your device.

I differ. The problem is not fixed and I think starting new threads all the time for the same issue is wrong, only serving to make the issue seem smaller than it is. I had the issue, it went away after the early March window, came back for almost a week, went away again, and today no score again. Like others, this is not something I am doing or doing wrong, I wear and use my fitbit all the time consistently the same way only charging for 20 minutes every 5th day or so. To me it seems that the bug isn't as 'fixed' as thoroughly as it needs to be.

For me recording mindfulness sessions did not resolve the problem of intermittent Stress Management Scores.
