No connection to Bluetooth

My Charge 3 stopped syncing when I was in France and since I've come back to the UK it just won't connect to my Bluetooth. I've tried all the troubleshooting - endless phone and Fitbit restarts, disconnecting everything that's already connected to Bluetooth, clearing the Bluetooth cache and storage and using my old phone to try and connect my Fitbit to Bluetooth but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

Are you tryig to pair using your phone's bluetooth settings, or from within the fitbit mobile application? You can only connect using the fitbit mobile app.

Hi there

I'm using the Fitbit app. It just suddenly stopped syncing and I've tried all the usual tricks and troubleshooting tips to try and fix the issue.

Hi @Cwallac28  - did you try removing the Bluetooth entry from the phone, then run "+ Set up a Device" and replace your tracker.

Thus should make a new pair in your phone's Bluetooth and enable syncing.

If this doesn't work in the Fitbit App click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to chat with them.
