My Fitbit app on my HTC Android consistently gives the No Internet error message. I have tried restarting the phone, restarting the internet connection, and re-installing the app and nothing works. This started yesterday and is still happening. I am using a Versa.

This does not work. I've been unable to connect via the Fitbit app since April 9. Customer service was unable to help, this forum has not provided any insight, and at this point my Versa is nearly useless (time is no longer in sync).
It all started with the update 3.18. Prior to that, I really loved my Fitbit. Now, I would recommend another device.
If you want my information, which was of no help to anyone else ignoring this problem. HTC One M9, Android v 7.0, Fitbit app version 3.18, and Versa.

I have the exact same problem. It is poor software design. I am able to workaround by pairing with my PC's bluetooth and using the Win10 app, but the bluetooth on my phone must be off. When I go out on a run, I turn my phone's bluetooth on and it will record the route via the GPS, but won't sync of course.
