For the past week, I have not been getting sleep scores, sleep stages, or any other sleep-specific data like HRV, breathing rate, sleeping HR, etc.
I have been sleeping around 8 hours per night, so that's not the issue, and the band is tight enough and is the same as it was before this issue.
I have tried:
- deleting sleep session and then re-adding the session manually
- restarting the watch
- uninstalling and reinstalling the fitbit app
- updating everything (no pending updates)
- manually syncing
Using the Pixel Watch 3 with the Pixel 9 Pro.

Hello @Bry793
By any chance are you also having issues with heart rate tracking? Do you see a green light on the back of your Pixel Watch 3? The green light is the heart rate sensor and is needed for sleep tracking.
Have you tried cleaning the sensor area on the back of the Pixel watch? I recall a recent post where a Pixel Watch user wasn't getting their sleep data. They started seeing their sleep data again after they gently cleaned the sensor area.

Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried cleaning it and everything else is working fine, green light is on and all my heart rate data (including while sleeping) shows up fine.

Hello @Bry793
By any chance, did you start getting your sleep data again? I saw other Pixel Watch 3 users report that they weren't getting sleep data this week and just started getting data again yesterday, 21 Feb 2025.
Hmmm. I also use a Pixel Watch 3 and just looked at my sleep data & health metrics for Wed, 19 Feb 2025. Although I got sleep data, I only got my Resting Heart Rate & SpO2. The other 3 Health Metrics showed no data. I suspect there was something that affected sleep & Health Metrics tracking on Pixel Watches.

I'm also using the Pixel Watch 3 and stopped getting the sleep score and sleep stages data on March 3rd. I'm not aware of anything that's changed.

Unfortunately, this has been happening near the start of the month for the 3rd? month in a row. The past ones corrected for me after several days when a Fitbit app update was rolled out to me for my PW3. This month the outage is longer. I am starting to haunt this forum for faster or alternate solutions. The only 'solution' I have seen that might get the new update faster is to uninstall/reinstall. This is not something I want to do. I don't like it for my Pixel 6. I haven't done it for the PW3, for which I'm not sure how (or the potential consequences).
Have a Terriric day!

Hello @Goosse1962
The March update for Pixel Watches seems to be rolling out more slowly than usual. The update for LTE watches wasn't rolled out last week & is supposed to rollout in the next weeks. So, if you have a LTE version, hold off for now.

I don't have an LTE version. However, after I restarted both the phone and the watch yesterday, today the sleep and other scores have returned. It looks like a restart is needed after the updates are downloaded. I noticed the phone update, but not the watch. Next month I hope I remember to restart the watch when I restart the phone.
Thank you for the info and have a Terrific day!

I have the same combo, and this has happened to me a couple times now. Just wipe (factory reset) the watch and reconnect. It's fairly quick and fixes the issue for me.
