No longer keeping track of items

My app is no longer keeping track of my hourly activity and I double checked my settings and they are the same they have always been.  My calories for the day is showing 1,975 burnt but when I go into logging my food it is only showing 1,252 burnt.  I have the most up to date version of the app.  Do I need to uninstall and reinstall to get it to start working again?  I am on an android device.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists.

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
