I've noticed that my Fitbit app on a Samsung Galaxy A5 is not loading any map when tracking a run via the app. 2 entries are made within the app for the run, one with data, and one blank with no map data. The dashboard then shows only one entry for the run

Hello @DavidEvans, my apologies for the late response and is nice to see you one more time in the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering how it goes, is the issue still persisting?
If you are not able to see you maps, perhaps a restart directly on the app will do the trick: Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. (This may vary depending of the Android device and the OS version). Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
If the issue continue feel free to share a screenshot in order to have a closer look. If you need help uploading screenshots, this post will served as a reference.
See you later and hope this helps.

I've been having the same problem for around 2 weeks. Have force stopped the app and restarted my phone but still doesn't seem to work.
