Just got a new phone (the S10e) and I'm no longer getting call or text notifications on my Fitbit Alta HR. There is conflicting information that my new phone is compatible or not. Anyone else with this issue? Any chance it will be fixed?

Here it is the first of the year and I am still continually having this issue. Wondering if there is any way that Fitbit people check these forums? I've called several times and it always gets fixed. For a day or two then back to nothing again. This will certainly be my last purchase from the Fitbit company
