No notifications following update

I have reset my phone and versa 3 logged out rest and all-sorts and my versa will still not receive notifications. Please help

Hi @KGD77 - sometimes the Sleep or Do not disturb mode can get set on, go to Quick Settings and check.

Also make sure that Bluetooth and the Fitbit App are running in background and that notifications appear even when the phone display is locked or off.

If you have a 3.64 version of the Fitbit App - there was a problem, install the more recent version.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

Hi Guy

I have double checked all the settings reset my watch and Bluetooth connection and the app but it is still not working. I am on version 3.65.1

@KGD77- just in case you only restarted your watch it won't change any settings so still check for sleep and do not disturb.
