Hi @KGD77 - sometimes the Sleep or Do not disturb mode can get set on, go to Quick Settings and check.
Also make sure that Bluetooth and the Fitbit App are running in background and that notifications appear even when the phone display is locked or off.
If you have a 3.64 version of the Fitbit App - there was a problem, install the more recent version.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
