Utilizing Android Galaxy Crown 7. Read through all articles, tips, etc and everything is synced and on but I am still not receiving any notifications from my phone. This is a brand new versa 2 I just received today for Christmas. Help!

Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa 2 prior posting and let me help you out with the notifications issues. It seems that your Samsung Galaxy Crown 7 isn't part of the compatible devices list and this may prevent the functionality of some features, such as notifications. Currently we don't guarantee that it'll always work, but we can still try some steps together.
First of all, make sure the Fitbit app is allowed to run on the background. Also enable the notifications on your Versa 2 by swiping down from the top of the screen, taping the quick settings icon and turning off the Do Not Disturb (circle with line) and Sleep Mode (moon icon). Once that is completed, try the following:
