Hello using a blaze with a galaxy s8. I am getting NO notifications. I have read countless posts and have tried multiple things but no luck. What should I do now?

I have tried everything under the thread "I'm not receiving noitifications" tried reinstalling the app countless times along with restarting my blaze and phone. I've come to the conclusion it's part of the know issues with the blaze and S8 and I truly regret spending the money.
