Charge 2.

After the last update my notifications to move aren't working. I've read through several experiencing the same issue stating is a software issue. I purchased my fitbit in October specifically for the reminder to move, it's a key function of the fitbit. I have done the reset, Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect, my notifications are On in both my fitbit and app (I receive my text call notifications just fine) any assistance would be greatly appreciated, the notification to move hasn't worked in over a month. Everything else is working as it should. Thank you

Hey there @Asmommy! It's great to have you on the Forums.

In this case I'd like for you to please follow these steps:

  1. Get into your mobile device's Bluetooth settings.
  2. Delete any other Bluetooth devices from your phone.
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.
  4. Restart both your Charge 2 and your mobile.
  5. Turn the Bluetooth back on and then sync your tracker.

The notifications should start working once again.

Please keep me posted on how it goes.

I did all all the above.  It didn't work.  Just left me with the frustration of trying to hook all my Bluetooth items back up to my phone.

Heart rate auto as well.  Still not working.  I must have this feature.

Now what?  I need this to be working again PLEASE! it's the main reason I bought this, too remind me too move! Thank you

Hello @Asmommy!

Thanks for letting us know that the workaround above did not work. Since those steps didn't work, it would seems like your Fitbit is experiencing an issue that our team is already aware of. At this moment we do not have any details on a solution. Whenever we do have any updates on the matter we will be sure to let everyone know.

Thanks for your understanding and your patience. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Thank you, I will hold tight and await a fix.

Do you have any type of time frame?

If I don't hear back in a month or so do I contact you again?

Hey @Asmommy!

I'm not really able to give you a time frame in that way. I will be sure to update whenever I do get any news on the matter, but at the moment I cannot tell for sure when can we expect a solution or workaround.

Thanks for your understanding. Let me know if you have any questions.

I also have this problem, and just purchased Charge 2 a couple of weeks ago, and it's running the latest firmware.
