My wife has had both the Versa 3 and now a brand new Charge 6 and neither are giving her a sleep score. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app and restarted the phone, and no change. She gets the duration of her sleep but none of the macro data explain normally in a sleep session. Heart rate is fine and recorded. Up to now Google/ Fitbit have not been very helpful other than uninstalling and reinstalling. I need some help otherwise I'm going to return the Fitbit and find some other method to track sleep

You will see the advice is worth reviewing again should that be the case. There are links to troubleshooting and how improvements might be made.
