Hi Everyone!

 

I've got a Sony Experia Z3 Compact and have downloaded the app in preperation for my purchase of a Fitbit Flex.  My problem is that the app dashboard isn't showing a step counter like my husband's dashboard is (Nokia Lumia 735).

 

I've made sure I'm up to date on my android system (5.1.1) and can't seem to see any other issues...

 

Help please? 🙂

To clarify, you won't see a step tile on your Android Dashboard until there is a tracker paired with your account. Once you've setup your Flex, the tile will be available in the Dashboard. Hope that helps to clarify. Have a great one!
