Hi, for the last week my fitbit ionic isn't picking up my steps and heartbeat, I've reset a dozen times, and tried other options I've seen on the site, what else is there to do?

Do steps show on the app but not on the tracker, on the tracker but not on the app, or neither place?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Neither, I thought it was just a bug from an update but I've done the latest update and still nothing
