I don't see my steps in app

Give is some more information.  Are you just using app for the first time and don't know where to look?

Have you seen steps before, but don't see them now, like they disappeared?

Are you not seeing the steps field at all, or are steps there but with a zero, or a wrong number?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@Picses thanks for the details shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the other data tracked by your Fitbit device is properly syncing to your Fitbit app. When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Have you tried any troubleshooting step?
