I can no longer charge my fitbit and cannot contact fitbit customer support. The phone line is always busy and my contact on twitter has had zero response. Has anyone else had this difficulty?

Hi, @Knocknashee! Have you tried the chat or email contact? I have always had good luck with emailing them, although sometimes it takes a day or two for them to respond.

I don't currently see it on the US website, but if you switch to another page (at the bottom right of the page), such as the UK page, you will see the form submission. Sometimes these things come and go on the page, especially if they have a backlog of chats or calls. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
