Not Receiving Notifications for Google Voice in Fitbit Versa

Since the most recent update Google Voice seems to not be relaying the notifications to my Versa. I have done a factory reset on my watch and all other notifications seem to be working. It worked great before the update.

Hello @GrantH, good to see you again in the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for answering your concern until now. I'm wondering how it goes? Is the issue persisting with Google Voice? What update caused this issue, was with your Fitbit app or with your Versa?

 

I appreciate you have let me know the steps you have tried on your own. I had a similar issue, were some settings including notifications, went back to the default configuration. So make sure to review that all your apps notifications are selected and your primary notifications has the correct app selection in the Fitbit app.

 

If the issue continue tried to reset your Fitbit app: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

The issue has persisted since my Fitbit was updated to the newest firmware. It is still not notifying me of Google Voice messages to this day. 

Have tried these steps 3 times:
