It's great to see you around @Praveen_. If you are having problems setting up your tracker, I recommend restarting your device. After the restart process, follow one more time the setup procedure from your Android Fitbit app. But before, please check that your phone is a compatible mobile device. If your phone is not compatible, try the setup process from a computer

Hi thanks for the reply.. but i m not able to connect through bluethooth or
system.. even not able to restart the HR device

Thanks for the information @Praveen_. I think it is time for you to contact our support team, since they have the proper tools to see what's wrong with your tracker. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.
