Not able to start a new challenge

Since the new Fitbit app update,  I am no longer able to start a new challenge. I know where to go to do it, but it will not work. Help please!

First question. What Operaring system is on your phone. 

Second questuon. Could we have more info? 

Are you able to start the process? At what point does it fail? 

Have you checked for Fitbit app updates? Or removed the app and installed a fresh cipt? 

There have been a few reports of this or if people not being able to accept an invite but no details given. 

Both work fine on my Android.

I found a work-around...Go to your "Account" or "Profile" page and select "Badges and Trophies". Then select "Trophy Collection". Once you get to there, you can start a challenge.

I did update. I have the most current software on my Samsung Galaxy s10plus. I was able to start challenges prior to the Fitbit update. I can get to the challenges, select the challenge I want to start, but am not able to start it. I can join challenges just fine.
